16x_x_  inch and 17x_x_ air filters in various widths.

These filters have actual height measurements between 15.5"-16.75" on the smaller side. We also have 16 and 17 inch square filters and other filter sizes.

Most replacement air filters are 1" deep, but we also offer air filters that are 2" deep, 4" deep for residential units and up to 5" or 6" thick for commercial a/c and furnace units.

Actual side dimension of a 16" filter is usually 15 5/8" or so, but they are referred to as 16" filters.

Same goes for the 17" filters regarding the difference between stated size (nominal) as marked on the side of the filter and the actual filter dimension which is less.

Find the 16"x or 17"x  filter size stamped on the side of your old filter cartridge or measure the length and width of your existing filter.
